ok so here it goes, been working on it since i got it,iam going to try not to get too crazy with this sled, but i have been known to get a little wild at times:rolleyes: lol
so this sled will have the first viper full v-band turbo kit with a tial-garrett hybrid gsx wheel turbo, turbosmart external gate.boost-it is making the kit,so it will be water to air & running the boost-it box for fueling.

start with taking it out of box,my god they put allot of screws in it,starts out as a le model,i wanted a black 162 tunnel so was my only option.going to give the airshocks a good try but have not liked them at all in past. :face-icon-small-hap

so i have always put aftermarket tunnels on my sleds but are allot of work, so for now just boards using cr racing extreme boards.all went fairly smooth, the ac rivets are tough bioches but just used a really good bit & all drilled out without issue, they recommend grinding them off but i drilled them.went back on ok but was a little tough lining things up,i think cause i didnt unbolt tunnel from skid. the skid dropbrackets put allot of pressure on the boards so it makes it harder to line stuff up.these boards are just awsum to stand on & no way any snow will stay on them.

usually run baker rear skid but for now iam going to try the zbroz kiss coupler & there x1 rear track shock to try to keep this sled under control.boost-it ran this combo in a few sleds last year & neil said it worked well, they had to go to the coil over shock because the float would just collapse under boost.going to stick with the 162 2.6 pow claw for now see how i like it.

What did you use to paint your pannels ?

rustoleum plastic paint, have used it befor & holds up real well,as long as you prep it proper.of coarse if you smash into a tree it will take out the paint, black panels were 300+$ each so paint till i reck one lol.

i agree try it till you break them

Check out the AC pannels on the Kincaid sled
Part # 3718-180-$125.29- RH Side
Part # 4718-553-$199.95- LH Side

Now im not sure why the difference between left and right sides but this is another option for about 350 total to your door.

Here are some pictures of my headlight delete. I just cut out the area that the light sat and then cut out a piece of plastic to fill in the space. It's not done yet, I need to find a better piece of plastic to use!

bit of a update looks like i will be running a standard boost-it kit for now, neil has ran into some fitment issues with the tial due too the 3 inch exaust.havnt given up on it,but boost-it is just to busy right now so just getting put to the back for now till he can come up with a solution.its a tight fit with 3 inch exaust & external gate,so i will run a gtx 2863 & standard boost-it kit for now, should still make me happy.:face-icon-small-win:face-icon-small-coo
