2009 Everest 800 ECM Compatibility

What years ECM will work on a 09 summit 800 everest? (non X) I'm thinking mine's bad. Speedo & tac locked up. It still runs but powervalves, handwarmers, tailight, & digital display doesn't work. Relay is good, connections are solid, & I cant find a short. My bud has a 08 I could try if it would work. (His is the X)

The ECMs are pretty solid on those sleds. The gauges seem to be failing on them more than anything. I believe that the hand warmers and everything go through the gauge to work properly. You can swap with your buddies sled to confirm its the gauge. If one is an X model then there's some functions that you won't be able to access but it will show you if its the gauge.
