I have a set of FOX FLOAT II's on an '07 Summit. Front Shocks

Will they fit and work on an '11 XP?

I checked the length and the stock 11XP and FOX FLOAT II's are both 16.5" center to center of the mounting bracket/bolt.

Thanks Guys

Not to hi-jack the thread, but I have have a set coming tomorrow. What are you running your pressure at? 200# rider, mostly climbing and playing in the trees.

150psi...WOW! I am 215# and I run 50ish in the mountains and 65 on the trails. I don't run a swaybar in the Mtns.
Tom's has a guideline sheet that I'm sure you could email them for.

Send to Toms, he adds a shim to make the correct length, He can also revalve at the same time, Money well spent. There are performance upgrades such as the new high flow piston for little $$.

If you are at 150# they have the wrong spring in them .

Pretty sure that the psi is the spring on a float2. Imho

There is a short Negative spring inside which sets static height and helps with shutter bumps, The air takes over from there, The valving out of the box is set Very Harsh however after re valved and high piston they and feather plush. Tom has these dialed.

The spring is a factor, but couldn't cause anywhere near that kind of PSI IMO

On the '07 the psi was at 150 for my son, he is about 225#. We have not had enough run time to try different settings.

You sure bout that. 150 is the shox max pressure if I recall on the front floats. I run 70 max.
