I am not sure if it EFI unless this means it has fuel injection. The knuckle head I bought them from won't send me the DNR form or a notarized bill of sale even though I sent him with the signed paperwork with a return envelope. I bought two of them in MN. This machine runs good for a few minutes then dies. I can usually get it started again. When I ride it just bogs down and I have to juice the throttle to keep it running. If I spray starting fluid in one of the air intakes I can get it to stay running. I replaced the fuel filters and it runs with the gas cap off and without the valve inside the gas tank. I even took off the fuel injectors and checked them. Ugh
