A: Stock (2005 and later spec) works fine with 19/45 gears.
Q: "And would I have to change my track pitch? Or approach angle?"
A: Not for a 151, however pulling the limiter in one hole is a good idea.
Q: "And who would you suggest purchasing the track and rails and wheel kit from?"
A: Your local dealer has everything you need available through WPS, including the tunnel extension. Suggest the option using rail extensions as an alternative to whole rails. Do not believe the hype that extensions are weaker, we have proven them to be very strong.
