well after owning my new nextech 162 carbon mono skid for 6 months I finally got around to installing it. what a beautiful suspension. very light. got the updated rear carbon wheels and added the carbon anti stab kit. just waiting for my primary to be rebuilt and my BDX boards to get back from powder coat and im actually ready for the season early for once haha.

Beauty sled. I need to upgrade to the new wheels soon. Mine might last one more season before they wear out like the last pair.
I have a change to buy the aluminum version of that skid but it's a 162" and I don't care to go that long. Tempting tho! I've always liked that design of skid!

I have the 174 out of my sled now it’s actually heavier than you would think I’ll throw it on the scale tomorrow

Thanks. Just curious what these weigh compared to stock and the Kmod I put in. Sock 162 stripped with BDX arms was 36lb. My Gen II Kmod 162 with Raptors and Ti arms was 42.3lb hanging on the scale, ready to bolt in.

have to let me know what your 174 weighs, will only be ounces more than a 162. im not to concerned about the weight savings its more how awesome it looks and works haha

Finally weighed my 174 skid, comes in at 41.4 keep in mind this is the first generation of Nextech
