RKT helix is right helix

This type of question is asked all too often. It is a loaded question because so many variables come into play.
1. Where do you ride?? MN flat..........or out west in the mountains?
2. What is your gearing? Stock 60/60 or something other?
3. What is your "style" of riding? Cruiser? Boondocker? Flat out corner to corner?
All these items come into play when it comes to the helix. I run 55/65 gears, I boondock and hillclimb in the mtns of CO and Wyo and run a RKT clutch set up that works great with a straight 36. BUT..........it may not work for you.

Im riding 6 to 10000' Hillcimbing is my favorite Looking for track speed and backshift. Stock 08 m1000 162 SP -Last year I had about 48 to50 mph track speed climbing. Im 200ibs w/ gear .The set up he sent me is 36/34p helix w/ snopro green sping. From what I have seen on here nobody is running this setup if they are your comments are appriecated.

I ride 3k-6k, have SLP pipe kit and he sent me a 38/36p.

the helix and spring would be just what i would suggest for a stock sled at the altitudes you specified.......

38/36 with Green SnoPro spring on my '08 M8 162.

i just checked mine for my 09 m8 and it is a 36/34p for 10000 ft when u guys get these kits installed on the 09 m8 if u could i would really like to see pictures there is a threat on hear that a fella was having some proplems.. i hope some figures this out cause i had one on my m7 and it totally rocked..

I got a 38/36 with a sno pro green spring and i ride at 2500ft to 9000ft this set up work awsome for me!!!

i didn't get a spring with mine so i just put in my red/ white is this going to be a problem

I don't think they come with a spring, at least mine didn't. I use the snopro green on an UBR M9 and run the straight 36*, although I think he reccomended the speedwerx blue. I love the kit, works great for me!
The sno pro green spring came with the Rkt kit for me.
