What is it, what does it do and where can I find the updated pigtail?

The part number for the pigtail update is 2203165. What does it do? It replaces the old pigtail. Simply splice in with some good heat shrink, solder splices and then protect the whole harness with some plastic corrugated sheathing. Its a simple fix.
