I know this is stupid but what is the correct term for the pole that attaches to the bottom of a camera to keep the camera still while taking pictures/videos?
What is recommended for snowmobiling?:camera:

I know what your talking about, they're called a tripod, or a mono-pod, i purchased a monopod for my gopro camera when i went to Jamaica. I got it from future shop. It collapses down and extends out.

It was well worth the money, comes with a few different mounts to put any kind of camera on it. Very happy with my purchase. I have the adapter on the bottom with a rubber bumper so that i can rest it against something and it keeps the camera very very still.

Unless your talking about a stabilizer?
