I can fully understand not wanting to spend a lot. After having ARC, it would be really tough to give it up though.

Moderate hill with moguls, one click to keep her under control. In the trees and need ski lift, then no clicks. Spring snow and steeper than I thought, grab both clicks. Trails are rough coming in, give it a click.

I will adjust mine as I go through terrain. Plus the infinite adjustment of the air shock.... even some of my stock buddies run it.

Crank up the spring pre-load on the rear track shock. Costs ZERO and will do exactly what your looking to do.

This is the only change I did on my old pros when I went from the 2.4" to a 3"

The ride will suffer if you have to ride any trails, but it will keep the front end down.
