Super excited to be running these arms this year.
They are super lightweight and look amazing, especially in white!

So to fit these on the PRO took a little bit of custom fitting but overall is not bad. The new arms are pushed to the outside tolerance of the old arms and the bushing are much different as well.

I used delrin spacers on the inside and outside of each arm mount. This will hold the arm firm with no slop and should have good longevity as well.

The biggest thing you'll need to do is have the boss machined off of the top of the RMK spindles. Otherwise the AXYS arms will not work. The boss height has been Incorporated into the upper ball joint now, like the trail sleds are.

The thick spacer is ~ OD 31mm, ID 18.15mm, t 10.10mm
the thin spacer is an off the shelf 1/16" think part that fit good enough. It's just there to keep the A-arm/bushing from rubbing directly on the bulkhead.

What other then the looks does this mod of the a-arms do? Is there any alteration of the geometry?

1.5lb Lighter, Fixed Camber no adjustments, loadpath optimized design (actually supposed to bend before breaking the rest of the sled now), not any more expensive than aftermarket arms, don't have to worry about bonded joints failing, and looks:face-icon-small-coo

Don't get me wrong, it's an expensive retro fit unless you really want to do it or your old arms are already wrecked.

Titanium from Alt Impact :face-icon-small-hap:face-icon-small-coo

The studs are Titanium from ALTernative Impact also, for what it is worth.

MH you really need to get out more. There are a lot of good products available that are outside of your chosen / Snowest supported / protected vendors.
