To date, I've taken out all the foam & felt, save the can side shielded stuff. Added a Diamond S Ti Can, the cast front bumper (this is a bit of a bitch to put on), have the "low profile" windshield, when needed, and the battery pack storage compartment:

All the weight I saved from the Ti can was negated from the Ski Doo cast bumper... The positive: it is MUCH sturdier than the stock bumper. The cons: it is MUCH heavier than the stock bumper:

I got the "low" windshield solely because all the videos of the prototypes showed massive snow buildup on the dash when riding in pow. This windshield is very easy to change out with the stock little piece of plastic, so I can look cool or not have the dash full of snow, my choice:

^As you can see, I also got the adjustable riser... I'm 6'5", I need the highest available riser.

One minor complaint, the cover does not fit over the battery pack storage compartment if you buy that, just a heads up:

Yes I installed the screen on the outside with (The right Stuff):face-icon-small-dis Works great and snow just fall of and does not pack in the ribs. Looked at doing the inside but decided to go and do the Redneck outside Job for practicality.

I was going for a cleaner look and figured they usually get clogged with or without a screen. Just want to keep the ice build up in the belly to a minimum

Ski Doo covers are absolute junk. I had to re-sew the hell out of my 2014 after the 1st yr and didn't learn my lesson. Bought one for the G4 and stitching already pulling out and it doesn't cover enough.

I went with a 4" Fly Racing riser, Boondocker 2.0 bars, Acerbis Multiconcept X-Strong hand guards, & Skinz/Fly Universal handlebar bag. The hand guards required some time adapting to the bar end curve, but they are solid. This thing is a backcountry assault machine!

Fox Float 3 Evol R and 1.5 Zero RC2
Spindles and Rails powder coated red
Plastics painted Black
SCS Wrap

Since I got a SP, there was still yellow plastic showing near the display and two vents, so I wrapped it in carbon fiber vinyl. Actually came out looking pretty good.

Up next maybe Speed Shop inc titanium can, ski shocks, running boards, and sled solutions bag.

Extreme air vents - intake, shock tower vent and rear clutch side vent. Very pleased with the quality of these vents. Have not installed the shock tower vent yet. (Have to remove shock and just haven't got to it yet)

Diamond S ti quiet can - sounds great, not to loud and saves almost 13lbs

Fox 1.5 zero QS3 ski shocks - couldn't say for sure, but with all the folks breaking S & E modules, these may have saved mine a few times. Also removed sway bar.

Also modified the plastic windshield. Snow just builds up behind it and you can't open the glove box all the way. Followed Carl Kuster's tip and got out the dremel, cut it off and then sanded the rough edge.

So far I am loving the 850! It just does everything so good. I ride mostly with 2 T3 163's and one buddy probably weighs 65lbs less than me and the 850 is usually first over the next hill going into the next zone when we ride.

Edit: shock tower vent installed. Should help with getting some cool air into the clutch area.
