2007 RKTEK Speedwerx Full MOD M1000

sled: 2007 M1000 162 2.6" Challenger

turbo: NO

big bore: STOCK BORE

nitrous: NO

porting: YES RK TEK

riding elevation: 0-3500FT

riding style: hill climbing25%/boondockinG50%/jumping25%

aftermarket head: YES RKTEK TRAIL HEAD

exhaust: SPEEDWERX PIPE SUPER Q CAN

intake: SPEEDWERX INTAKE. but I would use stock with a slp air horn and intake underhood flapper thing instead for when snow clogs outside vents. Not happy with the nose filter setup. sucks hot engien air, no airbox volume, waterskipping it sucks water to the nose directly and will bust your crank, im going back to stock.

spark plugs: stock ngk and irridium's

fuel: 90 pump gas

oil: Injection DELETE, PREMIX 40:1

fuel controller: BD Box

clutching: 68 gram light tip speedwerx primaries. green spring, stock secondary. 7800 rpm all day.

drive belt: Ultimax xs819

gearing: Slightly less than m8 gearing.

top track speed: _______

peak rpm: __7850_____

dyno numbers: never dyno'd, supposed to put out 205hp

the best mod i've done so far: __PORTING AND HEAD__

a mod or part that gave me some problems, and how i fixed it: __Clutching, stock was too heavy in primary to get rpm.__

next mods i plan to add: __POLARIS PRO RMK REPLACEMENT FOR 2016_I'm getting tired of the heavy m1000 chassi and want a light sled.. im only 140lb rider

links to other threads regarding my parts: _____

additional info: I dont know why, but porting this sled and installing a head brought my egt temps down on wide open hillclimbs. I was having a hard time with my 2009 m1000 keeping temps down. Seeing 1250 all the time before, up to 1350 if i ran to lean. Now the highest I've seen is 1100.. and im only 15% on top extra fuel at 7800 with the bd box. The DDlite is the 2nd best MOD. using the lightweight drive shaft and box and a new 162 track this thing is UNSTOPPABLE and noticeably faster up a hill than a regular piped m1000. Raced a prormk800 turbo and it keeps up neck and neck climbing.
