Hey guys looking for some info i picked up a 93 exciter st looking to put a 1inch or bigger track under it what if any changes do i need to make for clearance or what not its for my 6 yr old to learn on thanks in advance

I put a 1-1/4 ripsaw on my 93 with no mods, that's a lot of sled for a 6 yr old can he even pull the brake?

Dropping to a 8T driver set up you can run 1.75" track. Works great and lowers the final drive ratio as well.

8 or 7 t drivers isnt 8 what they came with from the factory?
Yes they came with 8 tooths and if memory serves correctly you can go up to 1 1/4". With 7 tooth's 1 3/4".
They have about 75 HP and can rip pretty good for the power. So it might not be a bad idea to fab up some type of throttle stop until he gains experience and gets a little older.

Our Exciter came with 9T and we dropped it to 8T. 7T will allow a 2 or 2.25" track.
