With the motor HOT and off you will need to hook a battery up to the white plug with 3 wires going to it [ positive to orange, ground to black/blue tracer] The plug is up front under your hood on left side and then follow pcv instructions

No Calibration Needed with PCV

Unless you are all ready having a problem with your sled running or idling you do not need to recalibrate the TPS. If you are having issues you should adjust the TPS with the Pcv uninstalled and then recheck the tps settings again with the Pcv connected to verify the readings are the same.

I have installed over 14 Pcv's with out checking the voltage settings for the tps and have not had any issues or problems. Of ourselves all of the sled owners had no problems to report before hand except for bog or surge issues at mid rpm where the Polaris maps were too lean.

It's this easy:

http://www.powercommander.com/power...himpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm#href=3_PC5.1.19.html

To Calibrate the Throttle Position
For fly-by-wire motorcycles, do not calibrate the full throttle position unless you are on a dynamometer.
1
Select Power Commander Tools Calibrate Throttle Position.

2
Verify the engine is running.

3
With the throttle closed, click Reset.

4
Fully open the throttle and close it. The open throttle value will be stored.

The open and closed number can be changed manually to fine tune.
5
Click OK.
