Custom Carb heater for PWK - Sold
Carb heater that I had fabricated based on some ideas that had previously been posted in the snowbike section. A circular design was required for the CR500 in an aluminum frame as the other options are square and had clearance issues.
I used it for one season and it workes great but moving on from the big 2-stroke due to vibrations.
To install I ground the lip off the carb bell, left the carb in the freezer for a couple hours and slightly heated the aluminum ring. It dropped on and snugged right up.
