I am buying an '09 Polaris RMK Dragon 155 and I've been told to add Scratchers and a left throttle. Can somebody tell me if this is something I should have the dealership do or is it easy to install on my own?

Both are simple to do and are easily accomplised. Scratchers wear out and break over time so you'll need to learn how to do it anyway. Good luck and enjoy.
