MC-XPRESS Arctic Cat 7000 / Yamaha Viper Turbo Kits

The new Arctic Cat 7000 / Yamaha Viper is a very nice sled. And with turbo, it becomes even more fun to ride. The Nytro engine is famous for its reliability and quick response. It feels like this engine is made for turbo from the beginning. This turbo kit is easy to install. A thicker head gasket must be installed. The turbo pressure is automaticly compensated at any baro pressure, so the power is the same even at high altitude. Only high quality parts are used in this turbo kit. The turbo is the famous high performance Mitsubishi 19T, the EFI-box is our latest MCX gen 5. It is programmed for the Viper, so it is just "plug and play" but for the ones that are interested, it is possible to adjust the turbo pressure or fuel map from a pc. Extra injectors are the "giant green" from Bosch. We also have our 190 Hp that uses stock head gasket

One of our latest builds is the Polaris Jagget X
We installed the 165 Hp MCX Hi Boost Turbo Kit
It is also recommended to install a Billet intake manifold for better sealing

New Nytro Select Ride Seat From Mountain Mod
It's a simple idea that works!
The insert rods are installed through the rear storage, changing the firmness of the foam letting you adjust the ride of the seat or the seat can be used with no rods giving a softer ride.
The select ride seat weighs approx. 2.5 lbs more than our mountain seat.
This can be ordered in a narrower width or a standard width which would be the same width as our mountain seat.

Concept A-Arms
SPG is offering the “Concept” high performance front suspension for the Nytro. This front suspension repositions the spindle 4.5” forward along with an increase in caster which addresses many of the handling problems associated with the Nytro. This front suspension significantly improves trail handling and reduces or eliminates the erratic behavior of the Nytro. It enables the Nytro MTX to perform and function as a technical riding machine in the mountains allowing the rider to experience technical side hilling, off camber maneuverability, downhill to unphill turns, etc..

David Varela MC-XPRESS 270 Hp Nytro
David brought his Nytro up from Idaho for us to do some upgrades
We Installed a Timbersled Rear suspension and Exit shocks.
We also installed a 16 wide Maverick track after modding the tunnel so the track will clear.
We also installed Avid Drives and a complete yearly service

Yamaha's 2013 Nytro MTX Turbo
- Last season we built this Hot Rod for Yamaha Motor Corp Sale's Rep Craig Gagne
We installed the Yamaha Turbo kit along with some of our Turbo parts to make it perform at it's top
Craig and his boss are so happy with this Nytro they decided to keep it for another season.
Craig said this is the first time he has keep a sled for two season in his sixteen years with Yamaha
For this season we installed Skinz Air Frame Boards and Powder coated Black the rear skid and drop brackets and a complete service.
