Anyone able to give me tips on replacing the primary cover bushing? Buggered mine up swapping springs being careless. I need to get it swapped out for a Friday ride. I would also think a dealer could pop a new one in pretty fast?

It's just pressed in. Take your clutch cover to the dealer and let them do it if you don't have the tools. It's a quick/simple fix for the dealer.

Yeah there’s a ring, similar to a piston pin ring.

You need the dealer tool to press the bushing. I tried it with a Yamaha tool which was very close to the right size and screwed up the cover and bushing.
