hello, just about have my turbo install completed and am wondering what numbers to start with in the boondocker box, running it around 4000-7000 feet elevation, its the race gas kit but hoping to get it running right with pump/av and then turn it up to 12psi from there. sled is a 2010 m8,162x2.5 camo extreme with turbo pipe and older style dual injector 2860 kit (think its an 09 kit, any help is much appreciated thanks

You can Run av and pump mixed! In fact some thing its best to mix somthing with the av because its a little dry!

I have same sled with a bd pg turbo! I have had to run straight av in myn to run 8lbs without hitting det! First day I rode it I ran 91 with a gallon of 110 and was hitting det all day at 6lbs. This was with stock head at 10,000ft! They need alot of fuel taken away in the bottom! My map wouldnt do you any good i dont think because yours is rg!

Good luck

no intercooler, 4 injectors, just dual injectors in the BD air box and 2 stock injectors , running a timing key with the stock head, just need some base numbers to get started then ill tune it with the A\F. i believe the kit is an 09 kit, set up was currently on an 09 901 big bore m8 so the numbers wont do me any good. I'm one of those that likes to run some pump with av as av does burn really dry. just wanting to get set up even if its just on pump, thanks

this turbo kit is off my old D&D 901 BB

it's a Garrett 2860 2008 kit, I used to run it on straight AVGAs at 9 lbs of boost. on the 901 it was good for about 260 HP. but it was on a stock 153" track and skid, you could wheelie it on the back bumper all day long, it really spokked the hell out of ya if you were climbing something steep. almost flipped it over backwards 2-3 times. i would guess the turbo has about 2500 miles on it
