09' 800 x 154 burned a consistant 2 gallons more a day than buddys same sled.with mine being lightly driven yet still 2 gallons more every day. anyone had this problem?
I had same problem on my 09. I could ride my 08 and 09 the same distances and I would add my extra 2-1/2 gallon gas can to the 09 and still run out of fuel before my 08 would. Never figured it out.
Im not sure but I think the 09 DPM and carburator runs a little more rich then the 08. I could be wrong but thats what I heard once and I do know when messing with the exhuast on the 09 some performance companies have said no need for jetting. Maybe this is why.
