suggestions on 14 kit on a 2014 yz 450 too much ski pressure. I have raised fork tubes 1/2 inch, now looking at firming up front shock in skid. Other suggestions??
What is length of yz rod. I use to have kit on wr 450 and maybe i mixed up the rods

you need the third shock. It changes everything. TSS or Cobalt third shock mount $600. total game changer

In another thread someone suggested cranking the preload on the front shock and slacking off the rear. Just sold my YZ (like this morning) or I'd check.

The 10-15 yz450f strut rod = 12 5/16"
The 12-15 wr450f strut rod = 13 5/8"

If you make a rod 1/4 in shorter than spec is about perfect TSS or similar is the total solution.
