Just wondering if anyone has an idea why it might be doing this. Sometimes it needs a little choke to start but can usually get it by holding throttle open a hair. I've got v force III's on it and it has dpm. Original round slide carbs. I've cleaned out the carbs too and found nothing. Runs strong. Might lag a little off the line. Just starts hard. Any ideas helpful! Thanks

Reeds in good shape? Last set I had on a 440 didn't seal very good and made it hard to start.

The reeds don't have a whole lot of miles on them. I didn't look at them yet but I probably could I spose.
