a few the proud a zx owner

no not just two of ya, been off for a few days....i want to mod a rev seat or go with a hi top boss...put some simmons on a few days ago and need to add a bunch of vents.. that all for now as i am building a mod poo that i want to find a 800 doo motor for..go to members build form its called the ol 700xc to farm custom that i had my shop cut and bend a tunnel for..

I'll get some pics up.

So far

powder coated trailing arms radius rods and the back bumper black. I also extended the rear bumper so I can actually get my hands in on it when I get stuck in deep pow! Also I did it earlier but I put in 05 rack carbs.

Ordered a new windshield, 2 wheel axle, new wheels, pivoted 4' RSI riser and scratchers

Still debating on a track is it worth the trouble to put the 16" wide on? I have to get rid of this finger track it sucks in utah pow.

i have a track for sale..

I have a 159x2 1/4x16 with 151 to 159 ext fo sale if interested..i have 2 tracks and waiting for 1 set of ext i just bought...track has about 600 miles on it

Would love to go to the 159 but I am on a 144 extended to a 151.

rk tech is building an 860 for me.as my first 860 didnt work out.long story.putting a boss seat on .159 is being replaced with162 camo extreme.changeing cans out mbrp to super q.14.1 to15.1 got a new clutch kit from winter brew.screen kit.thats about it.some small stuff .

My list seems to get longer the more i work on my sled. going from a 146"-162x2.5, have the motor pulled out and split, grease crank bearings, porting is almost done, new pistons, shocks are getting rebuilt, c&a pro skis, all new plastic with BR tech headlight delete hood, oil injection delete. i think thats about it but im sure it will grow before im finished

nice if you are doing a complete rebuild and tear down that far take some pics and post in the members build form..

i would like to do this stuff but i'm buying a new truck so maybe maybe not i dont know

Well I just sold the Rev and am going back to a ZX....

I just picked up a '03 HMX 159. Now to make it "personal" as follows;
- ROX adjustable 6" to 8 1/4" adjustable riser
- BOSS Highrise Flat top seat
- SLP rear light
- Delete the stock gas rack because it looks out of place
- 18/43 gearing
- Pilot 6.9's
- Amsoil all the way around
and MAYBE drop brackets.... Will see if I get my nuts back from the Mrs's purse :face-icon-small-win

You may want to think again about that 18 gear. Generally best to not go smaller than 19. Any smaller is tough on chains.

I put a dyno-port single and 2- 8" big wheel kit (in side) on my 03 800ho so far. i plan to put an 8" rise on as well. :boom:
