I did the tunnel myself, I use a couple diffrent cutting and polishing wheels along with three kinds of jewlers rouge. Takes time to get it figured out but once you do it's pretty simple and easy. By the way Jeremy thanks for the idea of chroming the hood vents, I like how they came out.


If everything works out this sled will be at Mountain Machines performce booth at Hay Days. Check it out and let me know what you think.

you bet man your sled turned out great! i changed mine from the chrome to the red now.. once again it was only 3.99 at walmart instead of the $50 or so that polaris wants for the vents

Started as a Switchback, pic with stickers. Put on 2" camo, slp single, airbox, regeared, removed stickers, mounted the Polaris hand guards.
