bit under 240hp (crankshaft hp) is the limit on pumpgas.
you have to make a difference between fantasy hp and real hp.
everything above that, need serious changes on engine and other related parts and high octane fuel.

MN sea level 290+hp with stock turbo about 1500 in bolt on parts pump fuel with methanol/windshield washer fluid injection. but that is for going 660ft at a time.but you can re tune the box in 10 sec and ride the trail to the bar then home
Yes, all the Z1 turbo technology will transfer directly over to the M1100T.
As stated above around 240-250 on stock internals is the limit. Octane and elevation will vary that number.

how will cat warranty these sleds known that this can be done? I just see them installing a lock on the ecu that the dealer could check upon a problem?

any upgrades you do to the motor and powertrain should void the warranty and i hope that arctic cat has a way to detect the upgrades.
otherwise the normal consumer will pay for these warranty claims one way or another
