Im not sure if I should know this or not, but, it seems like I dont have the answer and I can’t find it either so...... does a manual chain tensioner affect reverse? Seems like it could.

Does the piece that glides on the chain pivot?

I see it now, I was thinking it could bind.

If your worried, just buy the yammi set up. It has a roller instead of the pad like cat uses.

Like Vern said do the yami setup with the rollers. I've done them on a handful of sleds last year and they've all been problem free. And two of them are on short tracks and they use reverse a lot. Pm me if you go that route I have part numbers and a some extras of the parts needed to do it.
