I know there's some guys out there making those metal supports for the throttle body boots, to keep them from blowing out with the turbo boost. Where'd ya get yours? Any details appreciated. thx

That's the one I was looking for. I think he's from Logan, Utah. Thanks bro. I guess it's worked good for ya?

I'm running Brad's Plate with no problems at all, I had gotten one from him before anyone else started producing them. Good job and a very fair price.

I have one from Brad that i have never used. If anyone wants another...$25 plus shipping.
Wish i had seen this post a day ago.....i just bought mine. Will pass on the word to my "boosted" friends in case any of them need one.

Cheers :D

Speaking of throttle body boot supports..... :)

Can anyone tell me where the weakest point is on the boot, that these most often blow out at? Any pix of a blown out boot that someone can share?

I have not had any experience with this yet, and have others that i ride with who have boosted sleds, so thought it might be good info.

Thanks :beer;

Mine blew out on the right side of the mag cylinder. I don't have any pics, but it was seperated from top all the way to bottom. It was also bubbled up in the center between cylinders. Also I only ran 7-9psi so nothing crazy.
