Today with less that 500 miles on it.
Haven't torn into it yet but I am guessing that the sprockets are not aligned. Didn't check that when I put it together on the hill last spring. Guess I should have before this season started...

Check your bearings on both shafts, expecially the one by the speedo

kk chain issues

Hey ive seen a King cat and 2 1m chassis sleds including my own with the same problem right from brand new. youll probly have to loosten your lock collar and slide your whole shaft to the speedo side thats what all 3 of these required.
