Riding at Tog today. Sled was in enclosed trailer and wouldnt start. Non ethanol fuel. It was -10 last night in Jackson, and the 850's where not to happy to start.

Slow pulled once, 2nd pull, it started, and then died 5 seconds later. Couldn't get it to start.

Ideas?

Hold the throttle wide open, then try starting. Worked for us in extreme cold. Good luck.

That or you might want to check/change the plugs on it.

I've had the same thing happen at Tog. Used a propane torch to heat the Y pipe and got it started.

X2 on holding the throttle open- did this to me in Wyoming, it was cold and a buddy held the throttle open and she fired right up...
