2006 M7 headlights and gauge wont turn on....any ideas?

my 06 m7 lights and gauge turned off during mid ride and wont turn back on....thought had a bad wire harness so replaced that and nothing....replaced voltage regulator and still nothing...

May be the stator. How does run? Did you check for any HOT spots on the ECU?

sled runs fine i was riding the susitna coming back from an 80 mile trip and about the last 10 miles lights started to flicker then turned off and now nothing
