It seems like a really fat jet. But, in the 2002's they ran a thicker tipped needle. Actually works really well, 2003+ had a thinner needle, that ran lower jets. But it had a horrible midrange. Here is a link to a thread over on HCS. It really helped me out with the jetting. I run a 2002 800 in my IQR. I have tried both setups 2002 and 2003+ and actually get better gas mileage and performance with the 2002 setup like yours. I

I had a 2002 EDGE-X that was EXTREMELY well dialed in, ran it at 1200 feet elevation (U.P.) Holtzman ATAAC, SLP Hi-Comp HEAD, V-FORCE, SLP FLO-RITES AND SLP BIG AIR KIT

Difference between yours and mine, is I had the stock pipe, however I recall comments about SLP SINGLE being CLOSE to STOCK jetting.

I ran 510-N MAINS with the ATAAC, 480's without, STOCK NEEDLES, sometimes 1 notch lean position depending on conditions, 6400 trouble free miles, GREAT SLED!!!

Ran this combo in YELLOWSTONE 2002, 2004, 2005 with the 510N & ATAAC como, worked GREAT there as well @ 6500 feet +

SLP is always PIG-RICH on their jetting recommendations, I.M.H.O.

Regarding the jetting numbering,THERE'S A "GLITCH" IN THE NUMBERING SYSTEM AFTER 500, YOU WANT WANT THE "N" DESIGNATION, WITHOUT THE "N" A REGULAR 520=495, a 560= approx REGULAR 530+/-

There was a chart published in the SNOWTECH magazine approx 1 year ago

Hope this helps

Once you have the Ataac, then you have two additional variables upon which you base the jetting. Your lowest elevation baseline ATAAC jetting, and the elevation that you replug the blue line in, that is inside the airbox. Get the ATAAC instructions to help you out of this jam
