A few weeks ago I purchased an 08 Summit X 800r 163. First and foremost, my spare belt is hanging dangerously close to the exhaust. Secondly, after my first ride my googles iced up and I had nowhere to warm them up. After some looking, I figure I can swap out the metal cover for an XM chassis cover (with the spare belt holder and google warmer). Anyone tried this/thoughts on if it will work or problems it might cause?
