There are several posts about weighing the sled..... I think it was fbomb that weighed a pro rmk 155" with fluids (no gas) and it was 434lbs.

3 lbs seems a little light for the coolant and oil/ gear oil in these sleds. If it is in fact correct add approx. 75 lbs for fuel (~6.5 lbs/ gallon) and your sled will weigh around 509 lbs ready to ride. That's pretty light!

I weighed one of the demo 155 sleds. It had 2 gallons of gas in it, all fluids topped off including oil and it had spare plugs, spare belt and the little tools for changing belt and plugs.

452.5lbs on my digital hanging scale.

We then took it to Cooke City the next day and rode the piss out of it for 4 days.

Those weights seem lower than advertised coolant must be about 7-8lb 2 stoke oil 6-7lb + chain case oil, shock oil and whatever gas? And i think my 05 900 166 was close to 550lb.

i had my IQR mountain sled scaled out at just under 500 pounds. I think it was like 494 or something.... Take that for what it is worth. Granted i didn't have a computer of any of that BS.... BUT i would be willing to bet that my IQR was alot stronger.

I am realy scared about the cast chassis and glued tunnel. I always crack chassis at some point so..... ever weld cast aluminum??

I am on the fence about buying a 155 assualt and for a long time i was going for it but no i am leaning twords riding my sled one more year. IF it sells i will sell it, if i get low balled....well i will keep my sled. I'll let you guys do the testing for me !
