A few years ago I installed a Kmod suspension on my 2012 Summit 163. Right from the get go I came across a problem. I have to have the rear axle adjusted as far forward as possible and the back of the rails are very close to rubbing on the track. I called Kevin at Kmod and he took the time to verify that I had the correct rails and correct mounting locations. He had never seen this issue before and in the searching I have done other sleds with this suspension have the rear axle in a more "normal" position. I guess to me it just doesn't seem right. I was hoping that possibly one of the experts here could spot something that is out of place. My biggest complaint is that the track is very tight even with the rear axle adjusted as loose as possible, this has to cause a lot of rolling resistance.
