My aerocharged 2012 has been running great all year. Yesterday it will not rev up past 7000rpm. Once the boost starts to build it misses. I have box set at 0,0,0,2,4.5,5. It has ran great all year with these settings. Where is the fuel pressure regulator? I also am going to check the reeds and put in new plugs.

Possible power valve issues. Check the check valve between the reeds. Blow through one port it should blow through the other shouldn't.

Can't see it being reeds but always good thing to look at as they are a wear part on T etecs. How many lbs boost are you running? Is it flashing cel's?

Had similar issue, sled would pull hard off the start then start missing in high rpm after a few seconds.. Turned out to be a weak old secondary spring that allowed up shift till it had to back shift, would not allow it and pulled to hard on motor causing missing.. Swap springs one day and ran good again..

I have almost the same issue but at 7500 to 8 it does this. Just started yesterday, my last day on this trip. First problem I have had in two seasons on my tss kit. Curious what your findings are being I will be digging into mine this week.

Well rode mine today at home which is about 1000 ft and it doesn't do it anymore..... The only thing is it would hit 7900-8000 and slowly drop down to about 7700??

I found a loose hose off the rave solenoid. Put it back on and it ran great for about 2hrs today now has same issue. The hose appears to still be attached to solenoid. It does it 6800-7200 rpm and will not pull through it and backfires if under a good load.

Did you figure out the problem? Mine started this the other day. It would pull hard to 7lbs 7900 then as I was climbing I was on amd off the throttle it would pop sometimes. It would drop RPM down to 7400 and sound real blurbbly. Almost like I loaded her up. Setting on Aerocommander was 0,0,0,1.5,4,6 even tried 0,0,0,1.5,3,3 A/F showed low 11's. New plugs, clutches have new springs. 1200 on sled 300 turbo miles. Been running great until the other day. Pulled like a freight train on the trail. Low 11's on gauge no matter how lean I made the settings.
