Ok here are the details.

Nytro xtx turbo 10 to 14#'s boost depending on where i am, stretched to 162 X 2.5 and geared 20/40 (i believe, could be 19) running shockwave in the secondary with the AC green spring.

Primary has 8BU-17605 weights with 90261-06033 rivits and 8FG-17624 rollers

At 1,000' it is fine, but when going to 8000 to 11000 feet (the snowies) I cannot turn the boost up enough to maintain RPM's even with the shockwave turned all the way in.

What rivits, or combination do I need to use to gain about 600 rpms?

Thanks to the clutch gurus in advance, as I am not a clutching expert by any means.

What is the sec spring wound to ? You most likely have too much weight in the 8BUs for 8000-11000 ft with only 14psi. What helix angle do you normally run ? 47 ? What turbo kit is this ?

If you go regularly from 1000 to 11000ft i would invest in something adjustable (Daltons) or buy a set of extra 8BU stacked for home and one set lighter for the hills. At home at 14 psi your around the 240HP mark and maybe 200HP at 10 psi (roughly)

Most guys run the 8BU loaded with 240HP at 6500 elevation around here. Any higher and they get a little heavy (say over 7500 roughly). I believe most of the Nytro guys i know have a 47 helix with a Cat green or purple EPI (wound 10-50 degrees)

The 14.5 rollers are correct.

Maybe a tad heavy for 11000ft. Maybe some others can chime in.

If I remember the secondary is wound 1-0, but secondary seems to be doing fine as it, just need a few more rpms, assuming I need to address the primary.

Powderlite turbo

Yeah, I will probably buy what I need and not have to grind all the time, but curious as to what i do need. I get by pretty good running 10# at 1,000', but need some help at the higher. As far as helix, not sure as I am running the shockwave, so it changes. Tried all the way in (would have to check with shockwave manual to see what that is supposed to be) and could still not get enough rpm's. Wondering how much I need to lighten up to pick up the needed 600 or so rpm's (different rivets???? or will I need different arms.

I really don't want to "learn" clutching, so would rather stay with off the shelf yammi parts. Really only ride 2 places most of the time, so want to keep it simple and not have to do my own tuning if I can help it LOL>

Thanks,
