Heard BRP might be putting cat out of business for copying parts????

I heard yesterday Brp is suing Arctic Cat for copying parts on new PC and are in big legal battle... I also heard 2 Cat dealers in the Okanogan have put their businesses up for sale because of this... Anyone hear any of this???:bolt::bolt:
