boost gauge

I have mine in the vac line 4" from the Blow off valve. Right next to the tee for the fuel pump regulator.

You need to tie into a vacuum line that is located between the throttle plates and the motor. If you dont only the boost part of the gauge will work.

Sidhill is right, it needs to be post throttle bodies so you can read vac. Sorry I was thinking it was a boost controller, where it wouldn't matter.

I installed it inline with the BOV, and when i fired it up it DID read vac @ idle. should it not be reading vacuum there?

If it is reading a vacuum there then you have it tied into the correct line along with the BOV. Does your BOV pulse a little air at idle? My apex runs right at 5-7 In. hg of vacuum at idle.
