Did you get your electrical figured out?
I was just messing with mine trying to get a relay in to shut down the battery once the engine dies(like when you roll it upside down into a tree
)
Figured out that my voltage regulator is toast, thats why I was getting 16 volts.
When I ground the battery or pumps to chassis, I get about the same power as the battery so like 11.7v
With the DC ground isolated, I am getting 12.9 at idle, and 14.3 above about 2500rpm's. Finally I am seeing something that I expected and that I can live with.
I did a bit of clutching this weekend too. I ground a reverse helix. It works pretty good. It gets the R's up real quick so the boost comes on a bit quicker.

I put a set of these on the front of my '04 800 Edge. Big improvement.....Just a little grinding around the upper mount to get them to fit....

mine is running good, i am going to do some final tweaking this week and see whats next. the cat reg seems to be doing good, and 100ll at a 40 to 1 mix seems to be the way

Yea I have been running 100ll 50% with pump gas at 8psi boost. 0 detonation.

Nice, at that price I would run 100% also. Its $4.59 here. A bit cheaper at some of the smaller airports around here though.
