have a silber kit run at 10 lbs. is there a intercooler i could buy and fab into airbox? any one with his kit run one? thoughts? thanks

Boondockers mini intercooler is the airbox. You could use their intercooler and fab up your charge tube. Would be a very easy install.

I had some guys adapt intercoolers to my kits thinking they would make a big difference. But after a long day of racing back and forth probally 200 times they could never beat my sled no matter who was riding whos sled. Not saying they dont work, but I wouldnt waste my time with the extra clutter, lag and weight.
It was a water to air cooler that we tested agaisnt that day, spec of the cooler was supposed to be very effecient.
I have also rode with many bd kits with there mini cooler, they are pretty clean setup for an intercooler, but again add alittle turbo lag, but with good clutching and getting the control boxes set right it isnt that bad.
