ok...

i am going to be building a turbo on my 06 rmk 900. I will be using an Adjustable Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator (1:1 rate) (with gauge)

before i get bashed on this....I KNOW turbo'ing a sled is NOT cheap, and no one should cut corners on such a delicate system.

But i am a believer that just cause it DOESNT have a name brand on it, doesnt mean its not a great product...

So...that being said...

there are TONS of Fuel Pressure Regulators out there...even eBay of coarse...

so how do you know whats better then the next...whats the average price of a GREAT 1:1 regulator WITH a gauge...i would even consider a used one if its a good deal...

are the ones on ebay even worth looking into, here are a few examples i pulled for reference...

any inputs would be great...

Thanks!!

Never used the less expensive (cheeper ) ones always to much at stake ,ran a comp car for a number of years 8.20 sec index 1/4 mile when you spend a lot of money on engune parts DO NOT CHEEPEN UP ON FUEL if your reg drops PSI on a hard pull it will lean out your motor AND YOU ARE DONE !!!

Same goes for your fuel pump . I had my fuel pump go on a ride . it made enough pressure at 1/4 throttle but as soon as the boost came on it dropped off. I was lucky enough to look down and see this on the fuel pressure gauge at the time. The stock Polaris pump works great . Just mine had like 10000 km. on it. I always like the motto (Do it once and do it well) I don't like walking out of the bush.lol!!

DO These regs. let you hook up a boost line to them for turbo application? You need to increase fuel pressure as boost goes up.

you will LOVE the T-9.. i ride iwth jskattum606 all the time on his, the thing is a HOOT. the 9 seems to like boost a lot, his help up better then most stockers do!! big bottom end on them is awsome.. add boosted power on the top end.. you got yourself a fun time.
