$700 assembly?! That dealer has some nerve...

The Dealer in Mt Vernon wanted almost $900!!
Doghouse Motorsports in Wenatchee asked for $400 and some change.
Experience in Moses Lake didnt charge me any freight or set up so that made my decision... Plus i found a 200 mile demo for 12,100 OTD with warranty and discounts on accessories and gear for a year. I will be doing business with them again!

Edit: its a 2018 175 W/Shot

A hold-over will get the '19 updates.
.

Only if it has, or gets, a documented history of blowing belts. No 2019 updates for 2018 sleds automatically; must have documented issues to get any updates.

Told by the dealer I bought sleds from If UNSOLD in August 2018 they will get the motor mounts and clutch update.

Well, the rest of us have gotten / are getting them.

Yes - not the vented cowl and such as posted above, but the motor mounts and whatnot.
Maybe clutching changes?
I guess I don't recall what all....

I grabbed my sled last week and got 3.9% financing from Ski Doo, looks like they dropped that on Dec 1 to 0.9% financing. I could have saved a bit of money but that's water under the bridge, hopefully someone else can grab a sweet deal while there are still holdovers out there.

I just found a 2018 850 SP 165 3 inch with shot for $11,990 OTD. Should i pull the trigger.

I have been riding an Axis for the last 3 years and love it but feel like i need to make a switch to to the 850 to try something new.

Let me know if this is a deal I should not pass up.

Thanks

Well I guess it depends where he is from. That was the out the door price. How much of that is tax?

I live in Oregon so no sales tax. I found a couple 165 in Idaho and Washington for a few hundred less but i would have to drive 10-12 hours round trip to pick them up and this sled is in town. I do not necessarily like the dealer though.

That’s just it, you can find better deals if you are willing to travel. For some reason Utah has probably the best prices of any state, but one must travel.

When I snow checked my 154 in 2017 I got it for 11,300 out the door. Id say thats not a bad price at all!

That's about the same price that I paid for the same sled except I had to pay Washington state tax. I think the sled was $11,300 plus $800 for assembly plus tax/tags got me to $13,700. You'd be coming out a couple hundred $$ ahead of me.

Man I haven’t seen an assembly charge on any sled I’ve bought since I started riding 8-9 years ago. I actually thought that was a thing people told their kids to keep them in line lol.
