AD Boivin tack (108" x 11.5" x 1.25") was about $500 plus shipping and it had to have windows opened and then clipped.
Timbersled track (121" x 12.5" x 1.75") was $650 plus shipping. Both work great.

We had about 11-12" of fluff yesterday here at the house. I was breaking in a sledding hill for the kids with the 121" tracked scoot. Not sure the grade of the hill, but probably around 20%. Pulled the grade with me on it (250#) and kept going. It worked real good to pull the kids up and down the street to. I was concerned that it wasn't spinning the track but once I sent the kids in I was able to get a couple good donuts in the street with it.

Can you share more information on this? Why is it needed?

When you take a look closely inside the stock clutch Bell , you'll see where the path shoes touch = uneven
So machining the inside made a more path shoes grip /balance and you gain some few RPM engagement . :face-icon-small-win
