I took my sled out from storage and my throttle won't go to the bar; it will pull out an inch or two of cable, but then stop.
The cable isn't seized because I can see the lever outside the throttle body move a bit, but then it stops solid at that point.
It'll pull back far enough to get it to rev up to around 5000 rpm.
