I think D&D was getting 205hp on both the Yamaha and Arctic Cat short track sleds on their dyno. 240hp with a muffler and tune.
Does anyone know if the bulkheads are any different on these compared to the 800 2stroke and 1100 cat 4stroke?

Yes, the bulkhead is different. The 1100 and the 800 are different from each other as well.

I wonder if they got the motor moved back some to not make it feel front heavy. By that one pic it sure looks like the plastics are narrower. Maybe it's an illusion.

That's 50lbs less than my 13XF1100T full of fluids ready to roll. On my race car scales its 701 ready to go.
I had a chance to look again at the decal on the back of the tunnel of a 2017 MC 162" with no electric start and a 2017 King Cat. The Mountain Cat is listed at 254kg which is 559lbs. Based on the posted numbers and photos from madmax I am going to guess that has to be the ready to ride weight. The King Cat is listed at 280kg on that decal which is 617lbs. I am going to assume that Cat would use the same process when weighing their sleds so would that not be the ready to ride weight?

I would think that the King Cat should be about the same weight as a Sidewinder. Judging by the pic, it looks to be well balanced and hangs similar to other mountain sleds when hung by the foot wells.

No, they will never post their weight full of fuel. It would always be "full of fluids" meaning oil, and coolant. On the two stroke full of fluids would no mean a full oil tank, but just some oil.

I talked to a dealer in Montana that did some research for me, and this is the answer they were given from the factory. "The kg rating on the tunnel specification sticker is gross weight, all fluids full to capacity, ready to ride." That being said a 17 MC does in fact weigh 254kg, or 559lbs full of fluids including gas. It would make sense that if the King cat sticker says 280kg then it does weigh 617lbs ready to ride. I assume by now someone has one to fill up and verify. Still to heavy but I'm sure there is an easy 30lbs to lose.

I have 153 High Country with 3" track, 36" front end and fabricated straight pipe. Rode in Island Park over New Years and this thing rips!! Super easy for sidehilling. One guy with turboed pro was super impressed on how easy i could throw it around. This is way funner to ride than my turboed 2015 M8 running 10 PSI.
