Picked up this sled for my daughter yesterday. Got it for FREE! The first thing we noticed is that my daughter is gonna have a hard time pulling the mechanical brake. I seem to recall reading about a direct swap to a hydraulic setup from a Phazer or something. I searched, but came up with nothing. Can someone help point me in the right direction?
