The weight on the standard 155 bumpers is about 2.5lbs without powder. That weight can change depending on design and cut outs.

Cost for the Standard 155 and 163 is $170 raw. With powder coating is $200 and customized is $230.

I like the fact that the braces reach way up the side of the tunnel to protect it. What I don't like is the straight grab handle as a stuck sled is usually 2-3 ft down in the snow and the handles that curve up are both higher and more out of the way of the snow flap. Polaris stock and HD bumpers suck because they failed in this area.

Not yet. Hard to find any of the real long tracks here in MN. I am always looking for other newer models that I don't have, to mock up.
Mock up sled lenders usually get a good deal on a bumper as well.

I'm looking into a rear bumper. On my last Pro, I had the B&M and I loved it. I see the raised bar on others not B&M. What's the cost for a gloss black, raised bumper for the 163?
