SLP pipe blowout!

Curious how many miles you guys have on your SLP pipes setups.

I got about 600 out of mine and a section the size of my open hand started flapping open in the main bend in the front of the pipe with a bunch of cracks starting all around the support pedestal as well as around the EGT sensor plate.

Maybe its just my sled that is sucking but I seriously can never get this sled to pull the recommended clutching in those 600 miles either.

The newer setup has the 2 clamps. Mine still cracked and needed welding and it had the 2 clamps.

I think a strap with a strong exhaust spring might be better as it would maintain tension on the pipe. Hose clamps are a bit mickey mouse.

1100 miles on mine, still great. Mine is an earlier version. Single strap, x weld

My second one is mint.
700 miles on it 2 straps x weld.

Slp replaced my first one quickly.
Cracked at 300 miles.

Jaws pipe is good. So is slp or bikeman, I went jaws because they are built in canada and we're not having issues cracking.
