Need help tuning King cat

I'm hoping someone has a similar setup to mine so I can get some starting numbers for my boondocker box. 05 King cat, mods are intake, jawz can, v force reeds, boondocker box, egts, and power valve delete. I ride 4000 to 6500 feet. I bought this Sled as is and have no experience with tuning a boondocker box. The Sled when I started riding it would cut out in the midrange, and when full throttle would run in the mid 900 degree range. I have leaned up the top end and poured more fuel to midrange, which has helped quite a bit. The power band seems a little erratic, so if anyone has something similar that I could compare that would be a great help.

Sounds homemade. How much fuel are you adding?

The 900 is a little leaner, especially in the midrange but I ran an 04 800 with pipe, gutted air box, v force and head with the ethanol wire connected and no box. Ripped but had to keep the throttle active.

I have ZR 800 EFI -03 engine so it can't be compared directly. But if settings are even close to that it's pig rich stock. I've added 4.5 degree advanced timing, case and cylinder porting and no air box at all. Still my PCV is -5 whole rpm range and there are points where's even more minus in the fuel map. No added fuel anywhere. Still I'm seeing only 1150F at cruising on trails and full gas is below 1100F. Going to lean it more :)

So, if 900 is even close to 800 in fueling - it's pig rich.

Some of that will be caused by running no airbox. If you're pulling underhood air, that can do funny things to your fueling, especially with EFI.

OK sorry for the delay, but here's what I'm running.
3000rpm lo 06 MD 09 hi 10 TR 01
5000 13 11 09 00
6700 -07 -08 -09 00
7800 -10 -13 -14 00
8100 -15 -16 -18 00

So far I have leaned up the top 3 rpm ranges probably by 5 or 6, and fattened up 5000 rpm range by at least 10 and 3000 range by a few.
After doing so it cuts out less in the midrange, might have to go a bit more. Top end seems to be running good I think.
